Your Session –I arrive 15 minutes early to your first session in order to fill out a health history form. This information helps me to determine the type of massage that will best benefit you and it will give us time to discuss your session. Also, arriving early will eliminate having to take time away from the massage.

Cleanliness –Please come to your session with a clean body, free of perfumes and oils in respect for scent-sensitive clients. I, in turn, will do the same.

Cancellations –Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before canceling your appointment; otherwise you will be responsible for paying the full amount of your scheduled session. Exceptions will be made for emergencies. In turn, if I cancel an appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, I will compensate you with a complimentary massage.

Confidentiality –Anything discussed in your session will be held in the strictest confidence. This includes personal issues as well as health information. Only with written consent from you, or if legally subpoenaed, shall I release any information.
